Up to 15 minutes. Tell me what's going on, and I'll tell you honestly whether I can help, then we'll find a time.

I confirm it in writing
By text or email: the date, the price, what to have ready and your cancellation rights. Reply YES and you're booked.

We sort it out together
On your own device, at home. I fix the problem, then you do it yourself while I'm still there. That's the part that makes it stick.

You keep a note
A short note of what we did and what to try next. Pay on the day by card or bank transfer.
Your accounts stay yours
- I'll never ask for your bank password, PIN or card details.
- You type your own passwords. I don't write them down or keep them.
- I don't touch your banking, payments or investments, and I never buy anything on your behalf.
- No hidden remote access. Every remote session is started by you and ended when we finish.
- If someone else books for you, I still ask you before I look at anything.
- If anything is unclear, I stop and check with you first.
Who you'd be inviting in
I'm Simon. I've worked in IT for 30 years, and I now use it to help people one at a time, in their own homes. I'm patient, I explain things without jargon, and I'll never make you feel daft for asking.
Booking for mum or dad?
You can book and pay, and I'll visit them. It saves those long phone calls trying to talk someone through a screen you can't see. With their agreement, I'll send you a short summary of what we did.
Gift vouchers are available for any service, valid for 12 months.
Clear prices
£89 for a first visit of up to 90 minutes, and £59 for an hour after that. Fixed prices from £69 for common jobs. The first phone call is free.
Where I visit
Loughborough and nearby villages, including Shepshed, Quorn and Hathern. Travel is included anywhere in the area I cover.
