Prices
Clear prices, agreed before I visit. Travel is included anywhere in the area I cover, and every visit ends with a written note.

Paying
Payment is due on the day, by card or bank transfer, and you get a receipt. Gift vouchers are paid for in advance and last 12 months.
Remote sessions are on Fridays and have a 30-minute minimum. They're for people I've already visited at home.
If you're outside the area I cover, I'll tell you the price before booking, or say honestly if I can't help.
If you need to cancel
- More than 24 hours' notice: no charge.
- Less than 24 hours' notice: up to half the price may be charged.
- Not in when I arrive: the full price may be charged.
If you're ill or something unexpected happens, tell me and I won't charge. You also have a legal 14-day right to cancel a new booking. How cancelling works
