Help for a parent
If you live further away, or you're tired of trying to fix things over the phone, I can visit your mum or dad and help them in person, on their own devices.
How it works for families
- You can book and pay. Your parent is still my customer, so I ask for their agreement before I look at their phone, tablet or computer.
- I teach as well as fix. They do it themselves while I'm there, and keep a written note, so they're not stuck the next time.
- You can have a summary. With their agreement, I'll send you a short note of what we did and what happens next. Not the contents of their messages, emails or accounts.
- The same safety rules apply. I never ask for banking passwords or PINs, and I never buy anything on their behalf.
