Charnwood Tech is me: one person, local to Loughborough, helping people one at a time in their own homes.
Who you'd be inviting in
I've worked in IT for 30 years. I now use it to help people one at a time, in their own homes.
Over those years I've learned that most technology problems aren't really about the technology. They're about not being shown properly, being rushed, or being made to feel daft for asking. So I take my time, I explain things in plain English, and you do the clicking and tapping yourself while I'm there.
Why at home?
Because that's where your technology lives. On your own phone and computer, with your own Wi-Fi and printer, I can see the whole picture, and what you learn works the same way when I've gone. Nothing to carry into a shop, and no queue.
