Remote support on Fridays
Once we've met at a home visit, some smaller problems can be sorted over the phone or by sharing your screen, without me coming out.

Remote sessions are booked for Fridays, with a 30-minute minimum. They're for customers I've already visited at home, so I know your set-up.
Your rules, not mine
- You start the session, and you can end it at any time.
- You can see everything I do on your screen.
- I don't keep any access afterwards.
- I won't open your banking while we're connected.
- If we don't need to share your screen, we'll just talk on the phone.
How a remote session works
Book a Friday time
Ring or email, and I'll confirm the time and price in writing.
I ring you
If I need to see your screen, I'll talk you through starting a sharing session. You read me a one-off code.
We sort it out together
You watch what I do, then try it yourself, just like at a home visit.
We close it together
You end the session, I check it's closed, and you get a short note.
