Give someone patient, friendly help with their technology. A voucher can cover any set-up service or a home visit, and lasts 12 months.
What a voucher covers
Choose the service and the voucher costs the same as the service itself:

How it works
- Ring, email or send an enquiry with the name of the person it's for and the service you'd like.
- Pay in advance, by card or bank transfer.
- I send you a printable voucher with your message, the voucher number and how to book.
- They ring me when they're ready. The voucher lasts 12 months from when you buy it.
The person receiving the voucher is my customer, so I'll ask for their agreement before I look at their devices, just as for any booking.
Buying for Christmas?
A voucher for a new phone set-up means it's working in Christmas week, and they learn how to use it.
